Instrument Rating
Instrument Rating is a license or permission to fly to supplement the CPL for professional pilots who can fly a plane in the afternoon and evening in the weather conditions are rather bad example, fog, overcast, and any conditions that may hinder vision but remain under IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) and VFR (Visual Flight Rules). After obtaining a CPL, a pilot school students can resume flying hours for 20 hours to obtain IR.
