Textron Aviation this week announced its Cessna Pilot Center network experienced record growth in 2016. The CPC network formed 24 new partnerships last year, including five international flight schools in Argentina, Colombia, Germany, Canada and Poland, which will use the Cessna Skyhawk 172 in their training programs.
“Our commitment to supporting new pilot education and flight training is evident in the enthusiasm we see from our partner flight schools,” said Doug May, Textron’s vice president of Piston Aircraft. “Throughout 2016 we saw significant growth to the network, and we are excited to continue that momentum into the new year.”
The rapidly growing CPC network now includes a total of 163 flight schools.
